I'm Ahmed Zayed, founder of Future Career. I spent more than a decade working across Microsoft, Cisco, PwC and Indeed, helping deliver technology and business transformation initiatives and gaining firsthand exposure to senior tech hiring.
I built Future Career because experienced IT professionals often get stuck using approaches that don't communicate the value of their experience. Generic templates alone rarely solve a complex positioning, targeting or interview challenge.

No. The Fit Call is a brief conversation to determine whether personalized coaching is appropriate. It isn't a free career-coaching session, resume review or job-placement consultation.

Do I need to be ready to enroll today?

Do I have to upload my resume?
No mandatory resume upload is needed before the Fit Call. Your current role, goals and main challenges are more useful for the initial fit discussion.
What if I'm looking for free career help?

No. Coaching provides strategy, feedback, preparation and accountability; you do the work, and employers make hiring decisions. No employment, interview or compensation result is guaranteed.
