About Ahmed
I've spent a decade inside the companies you're trying to get hired by.
I'm Ahmed Zayed, founder of Future Career. Before this, I spent 10+ years at Microsoft, Cisco, PwC, and Indeed, where I led cloud migrations, software delivery, and business transformation programs. I sat on the other side of senior tech hiring loops for years.
Future Career exists because I watched too many senior IT professionals get stuck in a job search that doesn't match their actual altitude. Generic advice fails them. Standard resume templates fail them. The recruiter-to-candidate funnel is broken at the senior level.

Is this really free?
Yes. No credit card. No pitch. No upsell. The 15-min fit call is how I figure out whether anything Future Career builds would actually help you. Most of the calls end with a clear next step that doesn't involve buying anything from me.
What should I prepare?
Nothing. Show up with a sense of where you're stuck and what you're trying to land next. If you want to be efficient, send me your LinkedIn URL or a 2-sentence summary of your situation when you book.
What if I'm not in tech?
Future Career is calibrated for senior tech roles (software, product, design, data, DevOps, security, ML). If you're outside tech, I'll still take the call and give honest feedback, but I'll be transparent if I'm not the right fit.
Will you try to sell me something?
If something I've built fits your situation, I'll mention it once at the end and you can decide. If nothing fits, I'll tell you that too. The call is genuinely for figuring out fit, not for pitching.
What if I just need general career advice?
That's fine. Most calls end with practical advice you can act on this week. If you want ongoing input, I'll mention the Career Clinic Membership ($47/mo). If you want a deeper strategic session, the Career Reset Intensive ($497) is a 90-min 1:1 plus a 90-day plan. Both are optional.
What time zone are you in?

What happens after I book?
You'll get a calendar invite with a meeting link. The call is via video (camera optional on your side). I'll have your LinkedIn open if you sent it. I respect the 15-minute clock; don't let me run over.
